My boyfriend of 9 years and I have been living in Seattle for about 8 years. We have always wanted to go to SeaBrook in the summer, but never seemed to book on time. This year, Thomas turned 50 and his family and I decided to surprise him, not only with his entire family flying from Minnesota to Seattle for his birthday, but also for a surprise trip to SeaBrook. I knew we would have fun, but I had no idea that we would all enjoy this trip as much as we did. Thomas’s 10 and 12 year old niece and nephew were able to ride bikes, scooter, walk, all over town without any worry. It is such a safe community! There was so much to do, we could have easily spent a couple more days there. We all loved waking to the bakery/coffee shop each morning, swimming and hot tub at night, and spending a day on the beach playing beach games. The Friday night free concert was so good! And the Saturday market was great! Our cottage had a fire pit, which we were able to enjoy two nights. The kids (and adults!) loved renting electric scooters and beach bikes. The cottage itself was set up so nicely. We had all the amenities we needed and we loved that it came with four bikes. When I booked SeaBrook for three nights, I thought we would have so much down time, turned out we could have used a couple more days! I cannot wait to go back! Oh! And Thomas sure was surprised! He thanked all of us several times during the trip and enjoyed every minute of it!

Digital images and video links can be submitted using the online entry form. Images must be no smaller than 800 by 600 pixels. File sizes must be less than 5 MB per image. Entries may be color or black and white digital scans (no allowances will be made for poor-quality scans).

Minor digital enhancement is permitted, but images that have been significantly modified or appear unnatural will be disqualified.

Please note that our.seabrookwa.com does not allow names, logos or writing on photo entries. These markings must be removed prior to submission.

Not Permitted:

No borders or frames may be added to images.
No watermarks, signatures, or copyright notices may be added to images (winning images will be displayed with the photographer’s name).
Adding or replacing elements in an image is not permitted.

Permitted Modifications:

Images may be cropped and rotated as necessary as long as the rectangular format is maintained and the size is within the specifications above.
Images may be resized as long as the aspect ratio is maintained.
Red-eye removal and spot editing.
Use of filters to sharpen, soften, blur, despeckle, or remove noise.
Use of corrective functions to improve the natural appearance of the image, such as levels, contrast, brightness, curves, intensity, tone, hue, saturation, lightness, value, color balance, and tint.

Photos that are sexually explicit or offensive in any way will not be accepted or displayed on the website.
