In August 2018 my wife and I were celebrating our 40th Anniversary in Ocean Shores. We ended up in Seabrook at Buck’s Bikes because we couldn’t find bikes for rent in OS. While riding our bikes around we immediately fell in love with the town and determined to bring the family here the next Summer. So we did. I can’t believe our magical stay has come and gone, but it was everything we hoped for and more. We stayed in the Clifford House next to the Meriweather Square Pavilion and found it the perfect place for our grandchildren to ride bikes, explore and romp safely around the house. We enjoyed the beach, the pool, the hot tub, the fire pit for making smores, the playground with zipline, the ice cream shoppe downtown as well as numerous bike rides. The house was stocked with all the amenities you need except of course food and everything about it was cozy and tidy. All our grown kids loved every minute of it as well. They all took romantic walks on the beach and enjoyed the vacation while my wife and I entertained the grandchildren. All of us agreed to come back again in two years (next year we have a family wedding). In fact on our last day this year my wife and I took a long bike ride to scout out possible homes for the future vacation. Seabrook has been our find of the decade and we look forward to many more trips there.

I am a Multi-Media teacher here in Washington and so we also took some time to create a music video of our stay.

Digital images and video links can be submitted using the online entry form. Images must be no smaller than 800 by 600 pixels. File sizes must be less than 5 MB per image. Entries may be color or black and white digital scans (no allowances will be made for poor-quality scans).

Minor digital enhancement is permitted, but images that have been significantly modified or appear unnatural will be disqualified.

Please note that our.seabrookwa.com does not allow names, logos or writing on photo entries. These markings must be removed prior to submission.

Not Permitted:

No borders or frames may be added to images.
No watermarks, signatures, or copyright notices may be added to images (winning images will be displayed with the photographer’s name).
Adding or replacing elements in an image is not permitted.

Permitted Modifications:

Images may be cropped and rotated as necessary as long as the rectangular format is maintained and the size is within the specifications above.
Images may be resized as long as the aspect ratio is maintained.
Red-eye removal and spot editing.
Use of filters to sharpen, soften, blur, despeckle, or remove noise.
Use of corrective functions to improve the natural appearance of the image, such as levels, contrast, brightness, curves, intensity, tone, hue, saturation, lightness, value, color balance, and tint.

Photos that are sexually explicit or offensive in any way will not be accepted or displayed on the website.
