me and my daughter and 4 other girls that I work with at the hospital wanted to get away for a weekend. We brought a bunch of food with us and rented a house that would give each of us our own room. When we arrived we checked in and the key and went to check out our house. Oh my gosh this place was beautiful it had a chefs kitchen , hot tub nice spacious bedrooms. So we all staked out a bedroom and put our things away, got into our swim wear got the cocktails ready and hopped into the hot tub… it was so relaxing and such a nice nite out. After the hot tub we started to make dinner the girls had already put in a request for braised beef with mashed potatoes and a vegtable as dinner was cooking we visited and made a fire, sat around the fire and had cocktails. It was so relaxing, then we went for a walk and one of the other residents there was playing his guitar on the front porch and had said something to us, so we stopped and talked for a while and were listening to the hundreds or frogs in the area. We are city girls so not used to this I even opened my bedroom window so I could fall asleep at the sound of the frogs croaking. I loved it….. The next day we woke up and took one of the many trails for a walk in search of the glass ball.. We never did find one but what a beautiful trail we saw some deers standing in the woods and ended up on the beach then headed back to our house.. I love this place and if it wasn’t so far from seattle I would be every weekend. It was well worth the drive, time and effort to make this a one beautiful weekend with my daughter and girlfriends, we still talk about it.. I could just imagine it there around fourth of july just like an old fashioned 4th. I hope to experience that sometime..thanks for the memorys from all of us at northwest hospital
